Advanced Data and Automation Solutions for Smarter, Safer, and More Sustainable Infrastructure
Our work empasizes on Data-Driven Solutions for Resilience, Efficiency, and Sustainability
Control and Monitoring Systems for Critical Infrastructure
Technical study and consulting for the optimal operation, monitoring, and long-term maintenance strategy of control and automation systems deployed across multiple regional transport facilities, including airport infrastructures.
Environmental Data Intelligence for Airport Emissions
Design and implementation of a big data analytics pipeline using multi-source sensor data to monitor pollutant emissions (NOx, PM, CO₂) in and around airport areas. The solution supports regulatory compliance, operational awareness, and public transparency through intelligent environmental reporting.
Fatigue Risk Assessment for Seafarers
Development of a data analytics framework to monitor and assess fatigue-related risks among crew members on board commercial vessels. The solution utilizes operational data such as shift rotations, voyage patterns, workload, and environmental factors to detect early indicators of fatigue. This initiative promotes crew well-being, compliance with maritime labor standards, and improved decision-making on human resources management at sea.
Big Data Optimization for Water Utility Operations
This project involves the design and implementation of a large-scale analytics solution for a major water utility, aiming to improve the efficiency and transparency of field operations. The system utilized historical and real-time operational data to enable dynamic task allocation based on location, workload, and seasonal demand. It provides quantitative evaluation of staff performance and operational difficulty across different regions and timeframes, while integrating route optimization algorithms to minimize travel time and resource consumption. The platform also supports the estimation of consumption values in cases of missing data, and enabled the early prediction of equipment or data collection failures by identifying patterns in historical exception reports. All insights were delivered through a unified dashboard environment, offering visual analytics and statistical summaries to support strategic decision-making.
Energy Analytics for Water Supply Infrastructure
This project focuses on the collection and analysis of energy consumption data across the client’s water supply infrastructure, including pumping stations and water treatment facilities. The objective is to perform a comprehensive energy performance assessment, identify inefficiencies, and propose corrective actions. The analysis enables the quantification of the carbon footprint associated with daily operations and supported the development of targeted technical interventions aimed at improving energy efficiency. Recommendations include equipment upgrades to newer-generation technologies, load distribution optimization, and operational adjustments to reduce environmental impact
Development of Business Models
Support of an energy provider in the development of new business models tailored to evolving regulatory, technological, and market conditions. The scope of the project includes the assessment of current service offerings, benchmarking against best practices in energy retail and flexibility markets, and the design of alternative revenue streams. The work involves detailed techno-economic analysis, stakeholder segmentation, and risk assessment, leading to the formulation of business scenarios aligned with digitalization, decarbonization, and decentralization trends.
